Re-Inspection fee applies to anytime Accuracy Assured Home Inspections, LLC needs to revisit the inspection site due to the following:
- Client requests re-inspection because of alterations or changes made to property in order to update the inspection report.
- Client has obtained access to areas that could not be evaluated at the original time of inspection.
- Client can not provide access to property at the scheduled time of inspection.
- Accuracy Assured Home Inspections, LLC can not complete the full inspection process due to scheduling errors at the fault of the client and the property representatives.

The amount of samples depends of the severity of the suspected mold problem and the size of the property. A minimum of 3 samples must be taken.

All samples are examined by Pro-Lab, an independent Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection certified laboratory.

A minimum of 7 days notice before inspection must be given to ensure all sampling supplies are in stock. If sampling can not be performed because of inadequate notice and requires inspector to make a second appointment, the Separate Water Sampling Fee of $49.00 plus testing fees will apply.
